• Stay near its legs. The Quematrice’s tail is its deadliest weapon, so staying close reduces your chances of getting hit by tail swipes and ignited attacks.
• Avoid staying on its tail for too long, as the Tail Sweep attacks can deal a lot of damage.
• Break its wounds to topple it. The Quematrice becomes staggered when wounds are broken, limiting its movement and creating opportunities for big attacks.
• Use Water-based weapons. The Quematrice is extremely weak against water, so consider using it to your advantage.
• If you get affected by Fireblight, either use a Nulberry to nullify it or roll quickly.
